• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store full card numbers)

We share data with the following service providers as necessary to operate the platform:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage (EU/US)
• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
• Yahoo Finance / TradingView — market data display. No personal data is shared.
• Google Analytics / Google Ads — site analytics and conversion tracking. Data is pseudonymized.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — ad conversion tracking and audience building.
• Railway — cloud hosting provider.

Each provider has their own privacy policy governing their use of data.

By subscribing to any paid plan or signing up for the newsletter, you consent to receiving email communications from OptixTraders. These include:

• Transactional emails (receipts, alerts, account notices) — these cannot be opted out of while you hold an account
• Marketing emails and the weekly newsletter — you may unsubscribe at any time via the link in the footer of each email

We use Supabase to store email preferences. You can manage your preferences from your account page or by emailing [email protected].

We use the following types of cookies:

• Essential cookies: Required for authentication (Supabase session token). Cannot be disabled.
• Analytics cookies: Google Analytics uses cookies to count sessions and measure behavior. You can opt out via Google's opt-out tool.
• Advertising cookies: Meta Pixel sets a cookie to measure ad conversions. You can opt out via your Meta ad preferences.

• Account data is retained as long as your account is active
• Deleted accounts are purged from our systems within 30 days
• Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by tax law (stored by Stripe)
• Analytics data is retained for 26 months (Google Analytics default)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format
• Opt-out of marketing: Unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time

optixtraders.com is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, contact us immediately and we will delete it.

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted password storage (via Supabase Auth), and access controls on our database. Stripe handles all payment card data under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance. No security system is impenetrable; we cannot guarantee absolute security of transmitted data.

We may update this policy at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. If changes are material, we will notify active subscribers by email. Continued use of optixtraders.com after changes constitutes acceptance.
